Removal



1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.

2. Drain the coolant.

3. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses.

4. Disconnect the hose from the radiator filler neck.

5. Remove the cooling fan.



6. Disconnect the hoses from the automatic transmission radiator (indicated by arrows).



7. Remove the engine radiator mounting bolts.

8. Remove the radiator.

9. Inspect the radiator for signs of leakage and damage. Check if the internal channels of the radiator are blocked. If necessary, the radiator should be repaired in a specialized workshop.

10. Use compressed air to blow out dirt and insects stuck between the radiator fins.

Installation



Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.



Expansion tank





1. Unscrew the top bolt (indicated by the arrow) tank bracket and remove the tank.

2. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
