Note: After any work involving air entering the clutch hydraulic system, bleed it.
Caution: Do not allow brake fluid to come into contact with painted surfaces. If brake fluid comes into contact with a painted surface, wash it off immediately.
1. Check the brake fluid level in the reservoir and top up if necessary.
2. Connect a vinyl tube to the bleed nipple. Place the other end of the tube in a container half filled with brake fluid.
3. Bleed the clutch hydraulic drive.
a) Gently press the clutch pedal several times.
b) While holding the pedal down, loosen the bleeder screw. When the brake fluid stops coming out, tighten the screw.
c) Repeat this procedure until no more air bubbles appear in the escaping brake fluid.
