Wiper Motor Electrical Connector and Mounting Bolts Location
A – electrical connector
1. Remove the ground cable from the battery.
2. Remove the windshield wiper arms, seal and hood vent (see fig. Windscreen wiper).
3. Using a screwdriver as a lever, remove the wiper linkage from the motor shaft. Disconnect the electrical connector from the motor, unscrew the motor mounting bolts, then lower the wiper motor and remove it from the vehicle (see Fig. Location of electrical connector and windshield wiper motor mounting bolts).
4. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
