Removing
1. Raise the front of the car and place on stands. Remove the front wheels.
2. While holding the rod, loosen the locknut so that you can mark the position of the tip on the threaded part of the rod.
3. Unscrew the nut and mark the position of the end of the tip so that the new tip can be screwed to this mark.
4. Loosen and loosen the tie rod nut.
5. Press out the hinge of the tip, unscrew the nut and remove the tip.
6. Turn out a tip from steering draft.
Installation
1. Screw the rod end up to the marked mark. Insert the tip pivot into the lug on the steering knuckle and tighten the locknut.
2. Tighten castle nut and pin.
3. Install the wheel and lower the car.
4. Check and, if necessary, adjust the wheel alignment.
