Before starting work, be sure to release the pressure in the fuel system.
The fuel supply and return lines run from the fuel tank to the engine compartment and are clamped to the underbody. Check the lines for damage.
Steel tubes
When replacing fuel system pipes, use only steel pipes.
If you loosen the tube connections, follow these guidelines:
- try not to bend or crush the tubes;
- replace the tube sealing rings.
Flexible hoses

Quick release coupling

Caution! Flexible hoses must not be located close to exhaust system components.
1. Release the pressure in the system.
2. Remove the clamps securing the tubes to the body.
3. Where rubber hoses connect to metal tubes, spring clamps are commonly used. To remove such a clamp, it is necessary to squeeze it with pliers and slide it upward. Sometimes quick-release clamps are used in connections.

4. Remove the fuel hose clamp 1.

5. Press the tab and disconnect the hose.
6. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
