Remove the modulator reservoir cap.

Attach the special device 09992-00242 instead. Connect the vinyl tube to the modulator drain plug (Fig. 6.19).
Bleed the system by applying a pressure of 98.1 kPa to the modulator.

Loosen the drain plug and check if air comes out of the vinyl tube (Fig. 6.20).

Check the brake fluid level in the modulator and top up if necessary (Fig. 6.21).
