To turn on the hazard warning light, press the switch (Fig. 1.64).
All direction indicators will start flashing. To turn off, press the switch again.
The hazard warning lights should be turned on to warn other drivers when it is necessary to stop the vehicle where it may pose a danger to traffic.
In any case, try to move the car as far away from the road as possible.
When the hazard warning lights are on, the turn signal switch does not work.
Caution: To prevent battery discharge, do not leave the lights on for an extended period of time when the engine is not running.
