To adjust the height of the headlight beam, turn the switch disc (Fig. 1.63).
The following are examples of correct adjustment of the switch dial. For load conditions other than the examples given, adjust the switch dial position so that the beam height according to the list is the same as when there is only one driver in the car. The higher the switch dial position number, the lower the beam height of the headlights.
Be sure to adjust the height of the headlight beam, as the headlights may blind other road users.
