To cool your Toyota vehicle after it has been parked in the sun, drive with the windows open for a few minutes. This ventilates the hot air, which allows the air conditioner to cool the interior of the car more quickly.
Make sure the air intake grilles in front of the windshield are not blocked (like leaves or snow).
On rainy days, do not blow cold air on the windshield. It may fog up due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the glass.
Keep the space under the front seats clear by allowing air to circulate throughout the vehicle.
On cold days, press the fan speed control to adjust to high speed for one minute to clear snow and moisture from the intake piping. This reduces the possibility of the windows fogging up.
