To cool down your Toyota after it has been parked in the sun, drive around with the windows open for a few minutes. This will ventilate the hot air, allowing the air conditioner to cool the interior of the car faster.
Make sure the air intake grilles in front of the windshield are not blocked (for example, leaves or snow).
On rainy days, do not blow cold air onto the windshield. It may fog up due to the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the glass.
Keep the space under the front seats clear, allowing air to circulate throughout the vehicle.
On cold days, press the fan speed control to adjust to high speed for one minute to clear the intake ducts of snow and moisture. This reduces the possibility of fogging of the windows.
