Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Lubricate the manifold bolts with penetrating oil.
3. Remove the oxygen sensors from both manifolds.
4. Disconnect the EGR pipe from the rear manifold and cylinder head.

5. Remove the nuts securing the exhaust pipes to the manifolds.
6. Remove the bolts and manifolds.
7. Inspect the manifolds for cracks or other damage.
8. Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the manifold and cylinder head. If you find that the manifold gasket has leaked, check if the manifold is deformed, if necessary, contact a specialist.
Installation
1. Install a new gasket.
2. Install the manifold and screw in the bolts.
3. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
4. Install the remaining parts, start the engine and check the exhaust system for leaks
