Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the engine cover.
3. Disconnect the ignition coil wires, remove the coils and spark plugs.
4. Remove the two nuts and disconnect the wire harnesses from the left side of the engine.
5. Disconnect the wiring harness from the timing belt cover, remove the five bolts and disconnect the wires from the right side of the engine.
6. Unscrew the nuts and remove the head covers.
Installation
1. Thoroughly clean and wipe with acetone the mating surfaces of the covers and cylinder heads.
2. Install new spark plug tube gaskets.
3. Install new gaskets into the head covers, apply sealant to the areas indicated by the arrows and install the covers.
4. Tighten the nuts to the specified torque and install the remaining parts.
