Removal and installation
Location of the brake light switch
The brake light switch is located at the top of the brake pedal bracket.
1. Disconnect the electrical connector from the brake light switch.
2. Loosen the lock nut and unscrew the brake light switch from the bracket.
3. Installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal.
Adjustment
1. Loosen the brake light switch lock nut and, by turning the switch, adjust its position so that the plunger protrudes from the switch by 1-3 mm. Tighten the lock nut.
2. Connect the electrical connector to the brake light switch. Check that the brake light bulbs come on when you press the brake pedal.
