Removing
1. Raise the front of the car and secure it on stands. Remove the front wheels.
2. Unscrew three bolts and remove the protection of the right and left front fenders.
3. Unscrew the stabilizer links from the front suspension lower arms.
4. Unscrew the stabilizer links from the stabilizer bar.
5. Remove the clamp bolts securing the anti-roll bar to the lower frame.
6. Remove the exhaust pipe.
7. Unscrew bolts of fastening of steering transfer.
8. Remove the steering gear and remove the anti-roll bar from under the left fender.
9. Check the stabilizer for wear and mechanical damage. Pay special attention to the condition of the stabilizer mounting bushings.
10. Check the condition of the stabilizer link ball joint. To check the condition of the ball joint, place the stabilizer rod in a vise, screw a nut onto the ball joint pin and, using a torque wrench, turn the ball joint pin 4 times and, turning the ball joint pin 5 times, determine the torque that must be applied to turn the pin ball joint. The torque for turning the ball joint stud must be between 0.5 and 10 Nm. Otherwise, replace the stabilizer link.
Installation
Installation is made in sequence, return to removal.
