Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Raise and support the front of the vehicle.
3. Remove the engine guards.
4. Drain the engine oil and remove the oil filter.
5. Remove the nuts securing the front section of the exhaust pipe to the exhaust manifold, remove the bolts securing the catalytic converter to the exhaust system, remove the bracket and remove the front section of the exhaust pipe. Remove the exhaust manifold mount.
6. Remove the bolts (arrows) and remove the cylinder block and gearbox bracket.
7. Remove the bolts and remove the oil pan from the cylinder block.
Installation
1. Thoroughly clean and wipe with acetone the mating surfaces of the sump and cylinder block, clean the threads in the block holes. Check if the sump flange is warped, straighten it if necessary.
2. Inspect the oil pickup pipe for clogging, cracks or other damage.

3. Apply sealant to the pan flange (A - in the groove, B - on the inside of the hole).
4. Install the pan and insert the bolts. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
5. Install the remaining parts, start the engine and check for leaks.
