Insert the key into the keyhole and turn it (Fig. 1.34).
To lock: turn the key forward. To unlock: turn the key backward. All side doors are locked or unlocked simultaneously with the driver's door. When the doors are unlocked simultaneously with the key, the interior lighting and ignition switch illumination are switched on. They remain on for approximately 15 seconds, after which they go out.
