Attention: it is strictly forbidden to tow 4WD vehicles using the partial loading method, i.e. with one of the vehicle axles raised.
Note: towing of cars with automatic transmission is permitted at a speed of no more than 30 km/h for a distance of no more than 50 km. If towing is necessary over a longer distance, it must be done either by fully loading or by partially loading the car.
Warning: Use extreme caution when towing your vehicle. Avoid sudden starts and abrupt maneuvers. These may place excessive stress on the towing rope or chain. The loops, towing rope, or chain may break and cause serious injury or damage.
When towing a vehicle, perform the following operations:
1. Release the parking brake
2. Set the gearshift lever to neutral position (manual transmission) or selector to position "N" (automatic transmission).
3. The center differential must be unlocked (the button is not pressed, the corresponding indicator is not lit).
4. The ignition key must be in the "ACC" position (the engine is not working) or "ON" (the engine is running).
Note: If the engine is not running, the brake and power steering will not operate, so the effort required to operate the controls will be significantly greater than normal.
5. Use caution when towing a stuck vehicle. Stay clear of vehicles and the towing rope.
