Remove the rear seat cushion clips. Pull it out and, supporting from below, remove (pic. 4.38).
Remove a back of a back seat.
Remove the rear interior trim.
Remove the rear seat belt anchors.

Loosen the rear anti-roll bar nut (pic. 4.39).

Remove 2 bolts, brake hose and speed sensor wiring harness (ABS) with shock absorber (pic. 4.40).

Loosen the two nuts on the underside of the shock strut (pic. 4.41).
Place a jack under the steering knuckle.
Remove the protective cover of the shock absorber strut.

Loosen the center nut of the upper strut mount (pic. 4.42).
Attention! Do not remove the nut.

Loosen the 3 nuts securing the upper strut mount (pic. 4.43).
Remove the jack from under the steering knuckle.
Reject finally bolts of the bottom fastening of a rack of the shock-absorber.
Remove shock absorber assembly.

Install a bolt and two nuts to the shock strut lower bracket and secure the strut in a vise (pic. 4.44).

Using special tool 09727-30021, compress the spring (pic. 4.45).
Finally unscrew the central nut securing the upper rack support and remove the rack support. Disassemble the strut by removing the spring, compression travel stop, and lower spring insulator.
