(The material was taken from a resource: Toyotaman.ru)
1. Using a screwdriver, remove the old oil pump rotor seal and install a new seal.
2. Replace the front crankshaft oil seal.
3. Install the oil pump cover seal and the oil pump outer rotor into the groove of the oil pump housing.
4. Lubricate the shaft and install the inner rotor into the oil pump cover, then install the pulley and secure with the nut, tightening it to the required torque.
5. Install the cover onto the oil pump housing and secure with two long bolts.
6. Lubricate the relief valve piston with clean engine oil and install all valve components into the oil pump housing.
7. Install a new oil pump gasket onto the cylinder block.
8. Install the oil pump onto the cylinder block and secure with bolts.
9. Further installation is carried out in the reverse order of removal. Fill the engine with oil to the required level.
