To lift, pull up.
To lower, lower down by pressing the release button.
For front head restraints only – you can also move the head restraints forward or backward.
For the rear center head restraint - if a passenger is sitting in the rear center seat, pull the rear center head restraint up to the locked position.
A headrest is always effective if it is close to the head. Therefore, using cushions on the back of the seat is not recommended.
