Oil dipstick
The automatic transmission fluid level should be between the two lower marks when the engine is cold and between the two upper marks when the engine is warm.
Wipe the dipstick, insert it into place and remove it again.
If the gearbox is cold, the fluid level should be in the area of the COLD or COOL marks. If the gearbox is warm, then the level should be in the area of the HOT mark.
If necessary, add fluid through the dipstick tube.
