Pic. 1.100. Adjustment diagram for front and rear head restraints
Head restraints provide effective protection against neck injury in the event of a rear impact. To fulfill their protective function, the head restraints must always be correctly adjusted. Check if the head restraint is properly adjusted after the seat has been used by another passenger. For your safety and comfort, adjust your head restraints before driving (pic. 1.100).
To lift: pull the top.
To lower: push while holding the release button.
Rear Headrests - When a passenger is in the rear seat, raise the rear armrest to the locked position.
The head restraint is most effective when it is close to the head. Therefore, it is not recommended to use a cushion on the back of the seat.
Attention! After adjusting the head restraint, make sure it is locked in place. Do not drive with head restraints removed.
