Start the engine and leave it to idle.
Without depressing the clutch pedal, slowly move the shift lever to the reverse position until the gears make contact.
Gradually depressing the clutch pedal, measure the amount of travel from the point at which the noise of the gears stops (switch-off point), to the point of full pedal travel.

Standard distance: 25mm or more (from the point of full pedal travel to the stop point) (pic. 3.7).
If the distance does not match the specified parameters, do the following:
- check the height of the pedal position;
- check the pusher clearance and pedal free play;
- remove air from the clutch hydraulic actuator;
- Check the cover and clutch disc.
