Pic. 3.26. Grease Applications on Pin and Bushing Contact Surfaces
Apply MP grease to the contact surfaces of the pin and bushing (pic. 3.26).
Connect the fork to the clutch pedal with a pin.
Note. Install the pin on the left side of the vehicle.
Install the pin clamp.
Using the special tool, connect the flexible hose and tighten the fastening nut.
Tightening torque: 15.2 Nm.
Connect the clutch master cylinder reservoir tube with clamp to the clutch master cylinder.
Attention! Connect the clutch master cylinder reservoir tube so that it is not bent.
Install the brake booster.
Install the brake master cylinder.

After filling the master cylinder reservoir with clutch fluid, bleed the air from the clutch system (pic. 3.29).
Check and adjust the brake pedal height.
Check and adjust clutch pedal assembly.
Check for brake fluid leakage.
Check for clutch fluid leakage.
Check the fluid level in the clutch fluid reservoir.
