Removing
Remove a transmission in the block with the main transfer.
Remove the clutch release fork cover.
Remove the clutch release fork assembly.
Remove the clutch release bearing clutch.
Remove the clutch release fork support from the transmission.
Place match marks on the clutch cover and flywheel.
Loosen each bolt one turn at a time until the spring force is released.

Remove bolts and clutch cover (pic. 3.34).
Remove the clutch disc.
Attention! Keep the clutch disc, pressure plate and flywheel surfaces free of oil and foreign objects.
Installation

Insert the special tool into the clutch disc, then install the disc onto the flywheel (pic. 3.40).

Align the alignment marks on the clutch cover and flywheel. Tighten the 6 bolts, starting with the bolt near the top of the pin. Acting in the order shown in figure 3.41, at the same time evenly tighten the bolts.
Tightening torque: 19.1 Nm.
Note. Center the disc position by slightly moving the special tool up, down, right, and left.

Using a dial indicator with a roller, check the alignment of the diaphragm spring petals (pic. 3.42).
Maximum mismatch: 0.5 mm.
Install the clutch release fork support to the transmission.
Tightening torque: 47.1 Nm.
Install the clutch release bearing clutch clip onto the bearing.

Apply grease to the contact surfaces of the clutch and release fork, fork and pushrod and fork support point (pic. 3.43).
Apply grease to the clutch splines and to the drive shaft splines.
Lubrication: P/N 08887-01806 Clutch Release Grease or equivalent.
Install the clutch release fork with the clutch release bearing into the gearbox.
Note. After installation, move the fork back and forth to check the smooth movement of the release bearing.
Install the clutch release fork cover.
Install the gearbox.
