Removal
Note: Install in the reverse order of removal.
1. Disconnect the throttle valve control cable.
a) Disconnect the cable from the throttle sector.
b) Disconnect the cable from the clamps on the engine.
Installation instructions: If the cable is new, install the stopper on the inner cable.
a) Bend the cable so that the bending radius is about 200 mm.
b) Pull the inner cable until a slight resistance appears. Hold it in this position.
c) Install the stopper at a distance of 0.8 - 1.5 mm from the end of the outer shell, as shown in the figure.
2. Remove the engine start inhibit switch.
3. Remove the valve block.
4. Remove the throttle valve control cable
a) Unscrew the bolt and remove the retainer.
b) Remove the throttle valve control cable.
Note: After installation, adjust the throttle control cable.
