Details of the rear wheel hub with bearing assembly

Removing
Attention! The rear wheel hub with bearing is not subject to repair and is changed as a single unit.
1. Raise the rear of the car and place on stands. Remove the rear wheel.
2. Remove the brake drum or disc (see subsection 10.6.).
3. Remove the 4 bolts securing the hub housing to the suspension bracket through the holes in the hub flange. To access the bolts, the flange must be rotated.
4. Remove the hub assembly with the bearing.
5. Remove the hub seal.
Installation
1. Install the hub and align the holes in the hub housing with the bolt holes in the brake shield. Wrap bolts. When installing bolts in threaded holes, it is convenient to use a magnet. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
2. Install drum (or disk) brakes, caliper and wheel. Install the wheel and lower the car.
