Checking the work
1. Check that when you close and open the door with the key, all doors open and close.
2. Check that at speeds above 20...26 km/h all locks are automatically activated.
3. Check that the locks do not work at speeds over 27 km/h.
4. Check that the driver's door does not lock when the key is in the ignition.
Checking the central lock control relay
Disconnect the connector from the relay and check the connector from the wire side as shown in the table "Checking the central lock control relay".
Checking the central lock control relay
Checking the central lock switch (in the door lock)
1. Check for continuity between terminals "6" and "5" of the connector when the switch is in the "locked" position.

2. Check for continuity between terminals "5" and "7" of the connector when the switch is in the "unlocked" position.
Checking the key presence sensor in the ignition switch
Check the conductivity between terminals "6" and "9" of the connector with the key inserted into the ignition switch and the absence of conductivity without the key.

The original can be read on the website: ToyotaMAN.ru
Checking the door limit switch
Check that there is conductivity between the switch terminal and ground when the button is pressed (the door is open) and there is no conductivity when pressed (the door is closed).

Checking the door lock electric drive
1. Checking the operation of the electric drive.

a) Connect the "+" of the battery to terminal "2", to terminal 4, check that the latch moves to the "unlocked" position.
b) Reverse the polarity of the battery connection: the door lock latch should move to the "locked" position.
Differences for models since 1996:
Checking the operation of the rear door lock electric drive.

a) Connect the batteries to terminal "2", to terminal 4, check that the latch moves to the "unlocked" position.
b) Reverse the polarity of the battery connection: the door lock latch should move to the "locked" position.
