1. Drive the vehicle to warm up the automatic transmission fluid.
2. Raise the vehicle and place it on stands.
3. Place a pan under the gearbox and unscrew the drain plug. When the liquid drains, wipe off the plug and replace it.
4. Unscrew the fixing bolts of the gearbox pan and remove the pan
5. Remove the old gasket.
6. Pour out the old fluid from the sump.
7. Unscrew the strainer bolts and remove it.
8. Wash the filter in clean transmission fluid.
9. Install the filter in place and tighten the mounting bolts.
10. Unscrew the strainer bolts and remove it.
11. Wash the pan with solvent and dry it. Install a new sump gasket and install the sump onto the transmission. Tighten the fixing bolts to the required tightening torque.
12. Remove the differential drain plug and drain the fluid.
13. Lower the car.
14. Remove the dipstick to check the oil level and pour new oil into the gearbox through the dipstick tube.
15. Start the engine and move the gear lever through all positions in turn. Engage park gear again and check the fluid level. Add fluid if necessary.
