Removal
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Loosen the clamp securing the air cleaner hose to the throttle body, remove the top of the air cleaner, resonator and hose.
3. Disconnect the coolant hoses from the throttle body and plug them to prevent coolant leakage.
4. Disconnect all cables and wires attached to the intake manifold.

5. To avoid mixing up the hoses during installation, mark them.

6. Release the wires from the clips.

7. Disconnect the ground wires (arrows).

8. Remove the manifold bracket bolts (arrows).

9. Disconnect the wires from the coil, unscrew the bolts (arrows) and remove the manifold bracket.

10. Remove the mounting bolts, loosen the nuts and disconnect the manifold from the engine.
Installation

1. Thoroughly clean the mating surfaces of the manifold and cylinder head. If you find that the manifold gasket has leaked, check if the manifold is deformed, if necessary, contact a specialist.
2. Install a new gasket, install the manifold and insert the bolts.
3. Tighten the bolts to the specified torque.
4. Install the remaining parts, check that the throttle linkage functions freely, start the engine and check for leaks.
