Engine balancer

The balancing device consists of two shafts enclosed in an aluminum casing. The shafts are connected to each other by a gear, one of them is connected by a gear to the crankshaft.
1. Align the grooves in the shafts with the slots in the shaft housing (2), then turn the shaft N2 (1) so as to align the D mark with the slot in the casing.
2. Lock shaft N2, install a measuring device and measure the free play of the gear of the first shaft. Compare your readings with the specifications.
3. Turn the shaft N2 and align mark E with the slot in the casing, repeat the measurements.
4. Rotate the N2 shaft and align the F mark with the slot in the casing, measure again.
