Removing
1. Drain the power steering fluid.
2. Remove collars and disconnect the return pipeline.
3. Remove the drive belt.
A) Loosen the tensioner pulley lock nut
- Tightening torque - 39 Nm
b) Loosen the belt tension by turning the adjusting bolt and remove the belt.
When installing, before tightening the tensioner roller lock nut, adjust the tension of the drive belt (see relevant section).
4. Using the special tool, remove the pump pulley.
- Tightening torque - 44 Nm
Removing the power steering pump (ZS-T).
1 - pulley,
2, 5 - pipelines of the hydraulic booster system,
3, 4 - gasket,
6 - return pipeline,
7 - tensioner roller,
8 - casing,
9 - pump assembly.
5. Turn away nipple bolts and disconnect pipelines of system of the hydraulic booster.
- Tightening torque - 52 Nm
6. Turn away four bolts and remove the pump in gathering.
Torque:
- bolts "A" - 40 Nm
- Bolt "B" - 73 Nm
Installation
1. Installation is made in the reverse order of removal. Please refer to assembly drawing for installation
2. Top up the power steering fluid.
3. Bleed the power steering system.
4. Check for leaks in the system.
