Note: remove and install the vacuum brake booster according to the assembly drawings.
Check valve check
1. Remove the check valve and check that air flows from the vacuum reservoir to the hose and does not flow in the opposite direction. Replace valve if necessary.

Vacuum booster rod length adjustment
1. Install a new gasket on the brake master cylinder.
2. Place the adjuster on the shim, and then lower the adjusting screw until it lightly touches the piston.
3. Turn the adjuster over and install it on the vacuum booster.
4. Measure the gap between the end of the vacuum booster rod and the head of the adjusting screw.
- Nominal clearance - 0 mm
5. If the clearance is not as specified, adjust the stem length. as it shown on the picture.
