Note: remove and install the brake booster using the assembly drawings.
Checking the check valve
1. Remove the check valve and check that air flows from the vacuum receiver to the hose and does not flow in the opposite direction. Replace the valve if necessary.

Adjusting the length of the vacuum booster rod
1. Install a new gasket onto the master cylinder.
2. Place the adjusting tool on the gasket, then lower the adjusting screw until it lightly touches the piston.

3. Turn the adjusting device over and install it on the vacuum booster.
4. Measure the clearance between the end of the vacuum booster rod and the head of the adjusting screw.
- Nominal clearance - 0 mm
5. If the gap is not as specified, adjust the length of the rod as shown in the figure.
